Angelique has been teaching Yoga, Meditation and relaxation practices since 2012 and decided to formalise her Yoga qualifications in 2016 through Living Peace Yoga.

Having experienced chronic back pain for most of her life, Angelique embraced the practice of yoga as a method to self-manage her condition and improve her overall wellbeing.

Angelique is a devoted yoga instructor with an insatiable desire and yearning to learn, grow and empower herself and others through yogic practices, adopting these ancient and powerful tools to help navigate the challenges of modern life.

Founder of Peace it Together, Angelique is a registered Level 2 Yoga instructor with Yoga Australia, a registered member of the Meditation Association of Australia and a Yoga Therapist with over 1000 hours of formal training in Yoga, Yoga Therapy and Meditation.

She has been a dedicated student of yoga for over 15 years, studying with both local and international teachers such as Ginny Clarke, Hanuman Das, Leslie Kaminoff and Amy Matthews, Paul Wooden, Jason Crandell, Dr. Ganesh Mohan and his parents A.G Mohan and Indra Mohan of Svastha Yoga & Ayuveda.

Angelique teaches regular classes and workshops in the Lake Macquarie region of NSW and is a regular performer of Kirtan (devotional chanting) at Living Peace Yoga in Toronto, NSW.
