Traditionally, yoga was taught as a one on one practice between student and teacher that spanned over a number of years. In our more contemporary world, we have the blessing of being able to access yoga in a number of modalities to suit our lifestyle and preferences. Would you like to establish or deepen your home practice? Would you like to work specifically with overcoming limitations within your practice whether they be physical, psychological, emotional or energetic?
Traditionally yoga was taught one-on-one with knowledge being passed from teacher to student that was unique to each particular individual. Your private consultation will provide you with the opportunity to increase your body-mind connection and establish your personal practice to further support your yoga journey.

Having studied Hatha yoga practices for over 15 years, Angelique continues to deepen her knowledge with continued studies in Yoga Therapy under the guidance of Dr. Ganesh Mohan of Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda. Dr. Mohan is the developer of international yoga therapy programs with a focus on therapeutic and individualised work.
