Beat the summer heat with 90 minutes of gentle and nourishing restorative yoga designed to encourage physical, mental and emotional release and relaxation.

Appropriate for all levels of student, this class is slow paced and focuses on longer holds while supported by props. Learn to cultivate a sense of calm in mind and body to help reset to a state of balance and peace.

Numbers are strictly limited to ensure a spacious and relaxed environment for all so please book your space early.

Tickets are $30- and include a small gift for every yogi to take home (other than the gift of rest and relaxation of course!)
