This four week Beginners course is designed to provide you with a firm understanding of yoga practices and allow you to connect with the healing principles of yoga for a happier, healthier you!
During this four week program we will explore:
• the fundamental poses of yoga (asana), introducing you to the safe exploration of the pose to best your unique needs
• the breath (pranayama). Discover the effectiveness of conscious breathing and how it can support you on and off the mat
• the importance of rest and relaxation. In our busy modern world, we often take little time for ourselves. Learn simple and effective meditation tools to support you in your everyday life.
